I was a partner at a professional services firm for more than 22 years. During that time, I built my personal brand and profile in the market, led and grew part of the business (both in the UK and internationally), sat on a governance board and a culture board, and was ultimately part of their leadership team.
I loved my role – but to say I was busy would be an understatement! While I am proud of what we achieved as a team and for the business, there were a lot of challenges along the way, including a couple of (what I like to call) ‘wellbeing interventions’.
The lightbulb moments that permeated my time at the firm helped to shape my own development. Now, I combine my own learnings from the last three decades with tried-and-tested coaching tools and frameworks to guide business leaders like you into their next chapter with greater self-awareness and focus.
